It is not a demonstration of bodily technique, muscles and power, it is first and foremost mental psychological preparation that begins long before playing. <\/p>\n<p>Performing means to be performant, that is, to be able to face any situation with serenity and well-being: in front of an audience on a stage, at an exam, a question, a competition, a performance, in the work environment, or more simply in everyday life, in difficult and stressful times on a personal, family level.<\/p>\n<p>Musician and mental coach, Cinzia Milani, will present at MARTHA a course designed specifically for musicians who want to face the stage with confidence and better manage their emotions before an important performance through proper mental and psychological preparation that begins long before playing.<\/p>\n<p>The Performing course will be divided into two workshops to which individual coaching sessions can be combined.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type of lessons: small groups and\/or individual sessions (&#8220;OneToOne&#8221;)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>CONCERT PROGRAM<\/h4>\n<p>\u25cf analysis and knowledge of emotional dynamics and self-analysis skills<br \/>\n\u25cf mnemonic techniques, with customized insights<br \/>\n\u25cf performing specific study techniques<br \/>\n\u25cf physical, mental , technical preparation<br \/>\n\u25cf how to move on stage and introduce yourself to the audience<br \/>\n\u25cf nonverbal communication<br \/>\n\u25cf awareness of emotional reactions and analysis of correlations with preparation<br \/>\ninterpretive technique and circumstances<br \/>\n\u25cf neuroscience and correlation with performance<br \/>\n\u25cf specific preparation to achieve excellent performance by managing stress and<br \/>\ndifferent &#8220;on stage&#8221; situations.<br \/>\n\u25cf in-progress and final reviews with participant performances<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>CALENDAR<\/h4>\n<p><strong>1.
