Yet we often neglect them, focusing only on what is visible and tangible. Learning to recognize, embrace and consciously use them instead is crucial to our balance and growth.  <\/p>\n<p>The <i>Emotion Gymnasium <\/i>is a place for sharing and<b> emotional training<\/b>: a safe environment in which to practice together, develop new inner resources and strengthen connection with oneself and the group. <b>A transformative experience that supports personal and artistic growth,<\/b> helping each person to express their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>COURSE STRUCTURE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Theoretical-interactive part<\/b><br \/>\nSpace for pragmatic sharing and listening.
