Martha’s headquarters has a long history that is intertwined with that of Chiara’s family, one of the four founders.
Handed down from generations, the house is now reinvented to give life to the project, without losing that family dimension that has always distinguished it.
Each room mixes the historical-architectural elements, characteristic of a building from the early 1900s, with contemporarydesign solutions. Martha is a space full of character, highly functional, where each and every detail is aimed at enhancing the acoustics and technological and digital innovation. It is enhancement of the past and, at the same time, contemporary technological innovation. MARTHA’s rooms extend over the more than 300 square meters of the house located on the ground floor of a historic building, in the centre of Palermo.
Nicolò Room
Music and recording room, characterized by an acoustic chamber made of micro-perforated brass, historic pianos (Wetzels fortepiano from 1827 and Broadwood & Sons piano from 1875) and original majolica flooring from 1906.
