With reference to the images (photos and videos) taken and/or filmed by the Company MARTHA s.r.l., at MARTHA and on its digital channels (live streaming) during the House Concerts the buyer hereby

AUTHORIZE

Free of charge pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law 22.4.1941, No. 633, Law on Copyright, to the publication and/or dissemination in any form of its images, on the website www.marthapalermo.it, on all social network profiles owned by or traceable to MARTHA SRLS, in print media and/or any other means of dissemination, as well as authorizes the preservation of the photos and videos themselves in the computer archives of the same and acknowledges that the purpose of such publications are merely informative and promotional if necessary.
